"I've been working here for a year now. And it went downhill quickly. They will sell used units for the price of new. Sell units they took out of other houses because they told them it was broken as new. Price gouging with covid due to slowed business. A call that costed $200 6 months ago costs $500 now (if your lucky). They sell softeners that they buy for $600 for $3100."

"you’ll work 9 hours but only get paid for 8 hours with no lunch. Even after no lunch and you leave 15 min early you’ll get docked PTO time. Unable to express concerns and if you do you’ll be told “ there’s the door if you don’t like it”. When told equipment is broke management will not do anything about it. Will question your corrector and work ethics when asking for clarification. Definitely not concerned about about their employees.There is none.Poor management, lack of support, no culture, no feeling of a team, emotional management"

"The women in the office are catty always up talking and whispering about other co workers. Management is rude and unprofessional. Was not surprised when I realized the turnover and they treat their customers poorly. Definitely would not recommend them as employers and have been turning customers away from them. The headache is not worth the pay."

"Everyday you go to work at Colligan you are constantly being accused of doing stuff you were not doing every day you were being threatened about losing your job they demand that you work overtime some days you're out until 9 at night when you start at 7 in the morning management is locked in with the owner so whatever you say is irrelevant to them and when you work in their facility and you get sick they act like it's your fault and when you need the time off they almost a man that you come in because there's no one to cover your route I highly suggest not working at Colligan Waters ever"

I am writing to you the following,
I have a drinking water treatment plant installed in 2014 by the Culligan company based in Bologna Italy at the sink of the house.
With this company I have no existing maintenance contracts or subscriptions.
I am contacted every year to decide whether to carry out maintenance consisting of changing filters and checking purity.
This year, after deciding to do it, we had agreed with the Culligan company to carry out the intervention on 16/03/19.
Due to the COVID 19 events I was contacted by phone by Culligan who canceled my appointment.
A few days ago the same company received the invoice for the canceled maintenance intervention.
Now, I tried to contact them in different ways explaining that the intervention in question has not yet been done, without having any answer.
Furthermore, I wonder if it is legitimate to create invoices that do not correspond to reality, therefore I would like to ask for your help, that is, I would like to receive your intervention in my favor in the immediate request of the service that has not been performed (maintenance) or alternatively a confirms that the invoice is canceled.
